Redeeming Gift Cards
Step-by-step guide to redeeming a gift card in-store.

If you are the host of a Simcha and guests sent you gift cards, you can redeem those funds once gifting closes for your event.
How to redeem
Go to your Gifts tab. Tap Redeem Gift Cards. Choose one of our trusted partner stores. Confirm your contact email. Submit the request.
What happens next?
Our team prepares your gift card and sends it to the email address you provided. You will receive it with instructions on how to use it at the store you selected.
Can I change the store later?
Once a redemption request is submitted and processed, the store cannot be changed. Please choose carefully.
When can I redeem?
You can redeem after the event's gifting window closes. Gifting closes 5 days after the event date passed. We will notify you when it is time.
