🛍️ Partner Stores — How It Works

What are Partner Stores?

Partner Stores are stores you already love that have partnered with Simcha Tracker. When guests send a gift through the app, their contribution goes into a shared gift pool that the family can redeem as a gift card at one of their chosen partner stores. No cash is transferred directly everything flows through Simcha Tracker's gifting system.

For Event Creators (the family)

When creating or editing an event, the creator can enable gifting and pick up to 2 partner stores from the Simcha Tracker directory. These are the stores where they plan to redeem what guests send them. Guests can see which stores are linked to the event, so they know exactly where their gift is going. There are no setup fees.

For Guests

When a guest visits an event page and taps "Send a Gift," they contribute to the shared pool. They can see the partner store(s) the family chose. If 2 stores are linked, guests pick which store their contribution should go toward.

Redeeming Gifts

After the event (and during the gifting grace window), the family goes to their Gifts Received page and taps "Redeem Gifts." A sheet opens where they enter their email and phone number and confirm which store they're redeeming at. Simcha Tracker then processes the redemption and delivers the gift card.

Key rules

• Gifting must be enabled per event — it's off by default
• Up to 2 stores can be linked per event
• Guests can only send a gift while the gifting window is open
• Redemption is only available after the event date has passed
