Guest Lists

The Guest List feature helps hosts keep track of everyone they invited to a Simcha. You can add guests manually, import contacts from your Google account, and send email invitations right from Simcha Tracker.

What you can do with a guest list

Add guests one by one Import guests from your Google account Send email invitations with a link to your event page Export or sync the list with Google Sheets

How to create a guest list

Open your event page. Tap Manage Event. Tap Guest List. Start adding guests manually or tap Import to pull them in from your Google account.

How to send invitations

Go to your Guest List. Select the guests you want to invite. Tap Send Invitations. Simcha Tracker sends each guest a personalized email with a link to your event page. Guests do not need the Simcha Tracker app to open the invite or RSVP.

How guests respond

Guests receive an email with your event details and a link. When they tap the link, they can: View the event page Save the date to their calendar Set a reminder Send a gift or Mazel Tov message

How to import from Google Sheets

Open your Guest List. Tap Connect Google Sheets. Sign in to the Google account you want to use. Choose the spreadsheet or let Simcha Tracker create one for you. Your guest list stays in sync.

Can I use the guest list without sending emails?

Yes. You can use the guest list just to keep track of guests, even if you share your event link another way.

Can guests see each other on the list?

No. The guest list is private to the host.

What if a guest does not have email?

You can still add them to the list and share the invite link by WhatsApp, text, or any other way you like.

Can I edit or remove guests?

Yes. Open the guest list, find the guest, and tap to edit their details or remove them.

Does the guest list work on mobile?

Yes. You can create, manage, and send invitations from the Simcha Tracker app or the website.
