How Gift Cards Work on Simcha Tracker
Forget envelopes. Forget cash. Simcha Tracker makes gifting easier than ever, for both guests and the Bal Simcha.
For Guests: Sending a Gift
When you receive a Simcha Tracker event link, you'll see the option to send a gift card directly through the app. Just enter your name, email, and the amount, and it's sent instantly.
For the Simcha Family: Receiving Gifts
Every gift sent to your event shows up in your Gifts Received section, with the gifter's name, email address, and amount. You can see everything in one clean view the moment it arrives.
Redeeming Your Gift Cards
When you're ready, head to the Gifts Received page and tap Redeem. You'll be guided through a simple flow to claim your gift card. Once redeemed, you'll see a live status update tracking every step, from received, to processing, to delivered.
Simcha Tracker issues Simcha Tracker gift cards that can be redeemed at your selected partner store. Simcha Tracker will ship or email you your gift card depending on your selection.
Once your gift card is fully delivered, you can redeem your gift card at the partner store you selected.
